Who called from 2124188578

Call message said it was Victor Vega. Tried calling back the number. No answer. Looks like some kind of scam. Said he was from something like Spencer Trask.

I got a cryptic call from Victor also.  I don't return calls if I don't have the details.  I won't be calling him back.

Same cryptic call same reference to Spencer Trask or something like that.  No doubt a debt collector

Same: cryptic message from "Victor Vega at Spencer Trask" at 6:30 pm on a Tuesday. I won't be calling back.

I received a solicitation call from Mr. Vega. When I told him that I would not be interested in his services, he proceeded to berate me until I hung up. A few hours later he called back and continued to insult me until I threatened to pursue legal action against him. This is not a person that I could recommend ever doing business with. Very unprofessional.
