Asked if the owner (first name only) was in, I asked to confirm if Legend was the company he was with and he replied back Is he in or not? I told him I was not sure but I would go and check. The owner was not here and the gentleman said. Ok.. so whats his cell number again? I replied I do not have that information and he responded That's ok, I will just call back later.
Calls very similar to the others posted here. I got "Jason" . He asked for the owner and had to be pressed to identify himself to me. Jason said he was following up on business, but since we have no business together, this was dishonest. Legend Co. makes the Black List of companies we will never do business with.
This guy keeps calling for our boss, we keep telling him boss isn't in. He refuses to quit calling.
We know they try to sell stocks, etc. and no one wants to talk to them. They are evasive, rude, and try to pressure you into transferring them.
Sometimes we just leave them on hold with elevator music and "forget" they are there.
