I'm in Ireland and a guy called Geoffrey (or Jeffrey) Allen told my sec he was from a company called Prestige and it was urgent. He phoned a second time and gave 011 as the International access number - doh!
In Europe we use 00 as the International access number. I told my sec next time he calls tell him everyone in Ireland is broke!
