I got a call from this number and it was the company that my employer referred since I needed assistance with finding a day care. They company provided me a list of daycare they contacted that may have openings. It worked out for me since I didn't really have much time to make all those phone calls and inquiry. This company provides Employer Assistance Program and has been helpful for me.
This company also provides elder care informational services. My mom needs some assistance and lives far away, so I called our companies employee Assistance Program who then transferred me to these people. This number is their main switchboard number. They should leave a message with an 800 number to call them back with as that routes the call much closer to the person who is working on your case.
They operate 24 hours, so you can call the 800 number any time.
For providers not calling them back, you are will miss out on potential clients as they are basically a referral service to do a bunch of leg work for people so they know who has openings and have options.
