Called a business, asking for the owner. Heard people using the same line in the background. Then hung up.

They pretend that you are a legitimate contact that applied for a business loan that "was denied elsewhere" to waste more of your time on the phone.  Standard Telemarketer - ignore / ban.

This number calls at least twice a week and it's always a hang up after answered. Try calling it back and it's always busy
