Received a call but they left no message.  ID came up as V42016543200088

Got a call from this number, no message. When I called the number back, I got a vxmail that said, "You have reached a nonworking number, fourteen switch to eight dash five."

Received call at 1:00pm, 4/21/12; no message.

I also received a call from this number at 11:18 am no message. I did not call back

I received a call from this number, did not call back. Left no message. Wondering who this is.
