they call almost daily

Calls here daily, asks for president, I ask to take a message and I am promptly hung up on.

When this guy called and I told him my boss was unavailable, he actually asked me for his cell phone!  I told him I wasn't allowed to give that out but that I could take his number and have my boss call him back.  He became irate and told me that my boss knew him and that he had his information but lost it.  WHATEVER!!  Don't waste your time on this number or this idiot.  Just hang up.

I just got a call from this #, I didn't pick it up(unrecognized)and he didn't leave a msg.  I would like to know how to find out who it is b4 I call.  Any suggestions

This # calls daily and does not leave a messsage. When I answer they hang up.
Does not list a name on caller ID, just New York, NY.
