Yes they are scammers (212 Dental Care). They ask for insurance number, birthday, zip code, email address, everything. Please don't fall for it! $600 whitening is fake.

They have been calling the numbers at my office offering dental services. My co-workers have asked to be taken off this list and they continue to call.
