I wait until they answer and the I tell them that they have reached the Omaha offices of the FBI and ask "How did you get this number"? Hang up right away but they seem to call back under other numbers. 423-317-9608, 517-347-5561 as well as others.
great spoof!!! when they call, ask if they are CVS,Make sure you SPEAK WITH HEAVY ACCENT...start fake fighting with whoever is in the room, apologize...tell them you want to order, and pick up at cvs(they will say they ARE cvs)...keep spoof going as long as possible.....they stayed on the phone with me for 20 minutes trying to sell drugs(cod pymt only)...improvise, repeat your questions...like"I pick up at cvs"?... and you will roll on the floor laughing your [***] off!!!! try it!
They've called me before, months ago, and from a different phone number, but the same company name, trying to sell medications. The caller has a Caribbean accent and messes up the pronunciation of the person he is calling for, but keeps reading his script even though I am not the person he is calling for.
As with all similar calls, nearly always from so-called discount medication companies, I keep the caller on the line long enough to write down their phone number off of my Call ID, make them repeat their company name, and promptly file a complaint against them with the Do Not Call Registry:
