Apparently you do not know the law. Telemarketers and collectors are NOT allowed to call cell phones. Once they are told to stop calling and they keep calling then it is a $1,000 fine after that. I'm in the middle of a lawsuit now suing jerks like you who blow up not only my cell phone but my 4 minor children's cell phones. When you get phone calls NON STOP ALL DAY LONG EVERY SINGLE DAY it gets old after awhile.

This is bogus credit card company wanting to get personal information from you. They are not legit and they will spoof other numbers in attempt to get your information
