Apparently you do not know the law. Telemarketers and collectors are NOT allowed to call cell phones. Once they are told to stop calling and they keep calling then it is a $1,000 fine after that. I'm in the middle of a lawsuit now suing jerks like you who blow up not only my cell phone but my 4 minor children's cell phones. When you get phone calls NON STOP ALL DAY LONG EVERY SINGLE DAY it gets old after awhile.

Yeah, it is a big deal when I get 10 calls a day from 10 different numbers from the same company, and I'm not even the person they are looking for and I have had my phone number for over 10 years. I do Block them, but a new number calls every time.
If you were a legit telemarketer you or your company would subscribe to the DO NOT Call list and not call people since you would be slapped with escalating fines everytime you were reported to the DNC Registry. Your cell phone can be registered. YOu are full of it!
Please review the do not call web page. It clearly states that you can register home or cell numbers. Additionally, it states that telemarketers and businesses are prohibited from calling cell phones without prior permission from the cell phone owner. Get your facts straight, because if you are ignoring this policy, you are operating illegally.
Actually, you're wrong. All numbers can be placed in the fed list, including cell. The problem is these asshats have dialers that show fake numbers, so it's hard to pinpoint who they are. All telemarketers are scumbags. Period.
Home phone doesn't matter either. I get 3-4 calls a day - some leave messages (usually about lowering interest rates) and some are hangups. Very annoying and I've reported many through the FCC complaint site.
