Who called from 2125486166

Got called by this number twice today (9:21am and 1:30pm), at 3:00pm yesterday, 5:15pm on Friday...WTH. They are calling my cell. How did they get my cell phone number? I thought those were protected.  I live in GA

UPDATE: CAlled them back...it's some Punch card thing that I thought would be cool..but when they tell you its free...you fill out the info..then get to the final page...it's a free TRIAL that you have to give a credit card for..so I canceled it. I get several calls from this number...very annoying!
