Who called from 2126019926

A guy asked to talk to me, i responded it was me on the the phone, he then hung up.

Caller was advised party was unavailable,called back, then hung up on party. Caller recalled then called resident a "...[***].". Party called initial caller back, and instructed caller not to call again. Party will be pursuing charges under Telemarketing Act of 1995.
