The most RUDE person that I have ever talked to. I work at a church and he was the WORSE person that I have ever talked to. He wanted the Pastor's cell number and when I wouldn't give it to him, he told me it was an emergency.
He continues to call our business and I told the guy to take our number off his list, he repeatedly called 7 times in a row (I am not exaggeratting I have it documented on caller ID with times). He was rude and told me he would continue to call. This is blantant harrassment. The number shows up as Rockwell Security. He needs to be reported.
very pushy brash fast talker. asked for business owner by 1st name. said was personal business matter. wouldn't give any information or phone number. said his name was Philip Foronda with Rockwell. when told was not available got rude
