I called my landlord to report lack of heat and told the person at the answering service at 212-408-1600 that I had no heat, they do not have my address in their database, minutes later I received a phone call from 212-606-4000 allegedly verifying my address and I assumed I was then in the landlord's database. So I got curious and when I called 212-606-4000 back I got prompts to enter a password, when I Yahoo'd 212-606-4000 I got the white pages that listed Windstream Communications landline from New York, NY so I guess it wasn't my landlord.
