This is scam asking for banking info so they can wire you a "Loyal Citizen Grant". My grant was supposedly for $9000 but this scamming group has used other numbers and the value of the "grant" varies. Number rings back to a voicemail system but without a valid box number you can't leave a message. The woman who called me did not speak English as her first language so she was really hard to understand.
