Why do hot dogs come in 12, but buns in 8's? But aside from that, there are many criminals in the world just drooling to help you part with your money. Cheap internet, voip, spoofing of caller ID, & people easily fooled are the answer to the explosion of junk phone calls. You have money - other people want it. Always a good idea to not answer, or call back, phone numbers you do not know.
Same old song. Called at 9:30 am, left no VM and no name on caller ID. These days I assume that's spam. I also searched 800notes.com and whitepages.com. Will report on FCC site. So much work for so little headway.
