I think it is - asking for a $35 fee to process paperwork is a red flag.  Shame on them taking advantage of people searching for jobs.  It's just so sick.

Any company that is asking for money up front is bull crap. i worked for a Staffing agency and we charged the company who is looking for workers. we never charged the applicant, Its a scam!!!!!

I have worked for two major airlines, and this is not their practice to use a staffing company.
