This number keeps calling and when you answer no one is there and if you don't answer they leave a voicemail with just blank space. Calls a few times a day

They call all the time and you say hello and nobody's there

Trying to sell me car insurance but wanted to get lots of personal info.  Did not/would not identify company name.

I just received a call, they are to stupid to realize that people won't answer any calls if they don't know who's calling. I won't answer any numbers if I don't know who they are. So they are wasting their time calling me.  But I still add them to the list for the local police dept.

Called up today and left no message. Caller ID states `New York NY'. Called them back and got message
`this number is not in service'?!?!? These idiots (morons and imbeciles are still curable) cannot comprehend,
rather, grasp the implications of their stupidity in doing what they are doing.
