called cell, didn't answer, they didn't leave message

I don't answer this call but they keep calling

we don't answer these phone calls either.  but when you call this number back it says its a non-working number of Amer Express.  Go figure...

This is another one of those prescription refill calls.

here's the scoop.  I registered on the donotcall website in '05 and i now have 10 numbers that keep calling our home.  This particular number is a non-working number of American Express!?!?!  whatever that means.  I sat and called all these numbers that were calling me to see what or who they were.  As soon as i can i'm filing complaints on them all!  What good is the donotcall registry if they still call?
