I got a call from this number and when I politely ask them to remove my number from their calling list, the man told me to "shut up" and hung up on me!
Ok, just got a call from this number and was transferred to someone who asked ME who he was speaking to. When I asked to be removed from their list, and asked how they have any knowledge of my accounts, "Tyler" demanded I give him my name. It sounded like I was talking to someone on a cell phone. When I asked to speak to a manager, he said "there is no manager" and hung up on me. When I called the number back, a message told me the number had been disconnected.
This is the 3rd number that keeps calling my CELL PHONE asking me to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. This all started within the past year, and it's UNREAL. The calls were once a month, and now they're once every other day. I am beyond annoyed by this scam. I suppose I just won't pick up next time, but I'd prefer it if they just wouldn't call me anymore.
These calls are EXCEPT from the Do Not Call list because they are not selling anything, but instead, providing a 'service'. What a load of bull!
