Called me twice but never left a message. I called the number back and I got through to a New York office with some Indian guy answering the phone. I told him what happened and he transferred me to his manager. His manager talked to me and informed me that I was not the only caller he had that day re this problem and that number only had the capability to receive calls. He said his technicians were working on the problem and it should be sorted within 24 hrs. Could this be a money making scam for me to call them back and keep me on the phone for 6 minutes?
