All 212 area code numbers I receive are med alert spam. This one has a caller ID of Ephesus, 7th Day. Do Not Call complaints don't work. These scammers just keep changing numbers.
These scumbag scammers trying to say that we were recommended for their "medic alert" system. They change the phone number they spoof on a regular basis as they've called from other "numbers" in the 212 area code in recent days and been blocked. You have to be either sporting a big set of brass balls or are a complete moron to use the phone number of a church as part of your scam.
@gn The DNC Registry is not a scam, as these illegal telemarketers don't care about the laws. Beside violating the DNC by calling those on it, they are also violating laws in regards to spoofing one's phone number for fraudulent purposes.
Received call from this number at 2:06PM. No name on Caller ID instead it listed phone number where company name should be so I did not answer. No message was left.
Got a call from this number earlier today , offering a "free medical alert system", since I'd been "referred by a friend". Really? Sounds like a scam to me, too.
