three rings and then hung up.  Can't stand it anymore,   I don't answer unknown name and/number calls.

212-694-7543 - Keeps calling house mostly at night and sometimes during the day and won't answer and when I call the number back, it continues to ring and ring and ring.  No messages left on my answering machine.  Wish I could get this stopped.
