Got two calls with no message. Seems like an incomplete number, but CID twice from the same number.

I keep getting a call from this number but no one answers. I am unable to block this number because it is incomplete

This number has called several times in the last two days.  Who is it?

Keeps calling,,, same ID number that is an incomplete number. No msg. No one will answer if I pick up the phone. date:  8-8-14
