Got a call today and later checked my phone history to see they have called our home a number of times. The woman told me she was from a computer services company. I asked her to identify the company. She said they help with Microsoft products. I told her we don't need help with that kind of thing. My dad got sucked into one of these calls (I don't know if it was from the same company), and they filled his computer with viruses and charged him to do so. It cost quite a bit to get his computer wiped, reformatted, and repopulated with software. Wish people like this didn't exist. Doesn't seem fair to the average, honest, working person.
