At approx 2:30am on 12/3/2014, I received an automated phone call from the number associated with Pan Express Travel in NYC. It stated that "My Visa was lost or stolen and to press 1 to reactivate". I promptly hung up without entering any information.
It looks like the number (212) 719-9292 is being used to spam/scam people via robo-dialer.
Call received at 11:30am PST on my (619) cell number. Computer voice stated it was a call from Visa and that my debit card was locked. Told me to press #1 to connect and resolve the problem. Instead of pressing #1 to tell them how I really felt about their little scam, I hung up. Phone number comes up in the listings as Pan Express Travel, a travel agency, in New York.
