Who called from 2127252313

This number keeps calling me and hanging up. When I call back I am told the number is not working.  Another website said it is a landline  from a company in New York but I had to pay to find out who it is.

i know i picked up the phone when this was calling me and the voice said "goodbye" then hanged up.

Received a couple calls......no answer on their end.

who is these people

This number calls my cell with an extra number (1) after the phone number. No one speaks on the other line, and then it hangs up. They call at least once a day.
