Google listing telemarketer, and if you hit (9) to be removed from their list, they just call you from a different number so this crap never ends. Frustrating as all can get, but since they are in bed with the government there isn't anything we can do about it. Their defense would be will we "removed" them from this call in number, but hey we have several thousand left to go.
Automated message from yet another Google Listing telemarketer with a menu selection of pressing #1 for "Free Listing Analysis" or #9 "To Be Removed" - both of which probably set you up for more spam so feel free to go "off-menu" like I did and select the key that ends the call.
