This call comes as a blocked call but the number showes up.  It's usually a hang up but then there are times they'll ask for my husband, by name, and then will hang up when my husband says "hello". I've called this man who is out of New York and he claims someone else is using his number. So far I haven't received anymore calls. He said his name was Frank Guilda. His answering machine notes that it's"ABC Radio Advertising."
