When I see an known number pop up, I like to put it on speakerphone and then press the mute button and wait for them to say something. after they hang up I block them. Jerks

Called my cell phone and said he was from "Windows" and that my computer had been sending error messages. I told him I had a Mac and he called me a liar and said I had Windows because my computer was sending him messages. I told him I had a Mac, and iPad and an iPhone. He started using the "f" word and calling me names. I hung up.
He has called our work several times. I tell him we don't own computers. He has a hard time believing that. After telling him we have no computers 5 times or so, he finally hangs up (but not before he tells me to F off as well)
Have had an annoying flurry of calls from this number over the past few days. Caller ID has name William Herrera. Since I don't know anyone with that name or number I haven't answered. They don't leave a message.
