Received call on cell phone, then they hung up

they called my number and know my name! where is this phone calling from?

received a call from this number on my cell it was a not a english speaking person new my name stated he was calling about a survey i advised him i was not interested and stop calling he continued to call me 3 more times i finally yelled in the phone stop calling me im not interested remove my number from your listing or i will report this number to my phone carrier and have call traced and prosecuted for harrasment...who is this i know the number is showing coming from new york area

Rec'd a call from 212-741-8523, a  female (sounded as if from India/Pakistan etal)  asked to speak to the "owner of this phone #... (my phone #)   I responded with , "No, You cannot and  stop calling this #.    They have called my phone # these past 2 days...so that's why I answered..   When I called their # back.. I was told that 'This Number is not a Working #".!!  Go Figure.  When I looked the # up, it says its from the NY area, land line!!
They can call us, but we can't call back.... to top it off... my phone # is a PRIVATE #!!

I received a phone call from same number as well 212.741.8523 but I just let it ring and ring until they get tired of calling but no voicemail left
