Company is Precharge (precharge.com). They work for numerous credit card companies to monitor against online fraud. They are probably just calling to verify a recent online purchase you made, so you should probably call them back.
I had made an online purchase yesterday from a Mpls merchant. Precharge called and only asked if I made a purchase from that merchant for $xx. No other info was requested. I asked how they knew the exact figure. Was told they work with the merchant and they were verifing the charge on my Visa.
