A caller from this number offered to lower the interest rate on any credit card to 6% for life; he asked for full card #, expiration, and last 4 of social. I gave him the info on an an over limit card number, and he said he needed one that had available credit. When I said I would call the card company to find out is he is legit, he hung up. Card company says it is a fraud, and replaced card.
