Stated they represented an agency for follow up with my child's PSAT. Trying to push selling some ACT/SAT online or DVD study guide. When I questioned stated it would be over $200. After I directed her to send me written information only no DVD or trial offer she hung up. Unable to return a call back, it was listed as unable to complete call.
I got the same call. She kept pushing something about ACT/SAT testing, but would never give me a straight up answer about what it was that she was offering to do for me. When I asked to have her send me information on the "Program" as she called it, She told me she was not selling anything and that it was a non-profit. I pressed for more information about what it was that she was offering and if she was with the school and got more run around. When I continued to press for answers she told me it was my fault my son had not had his testing yet and that he needed to be prepared for the ACT/SATs. Again I asked her what she wanted from me, what was she offering, and how can I sign my son up to take the SATs and she hung up on me. I was so mad at that point I threw the phone at the wall.
I just got the same call and she started off by saying that my child requested information about SAT prep classes. I told her I thought it was very disrespectful to lie to me as my son takes a prep class at his school already and would never have requested such a thing....she hung up on me.
