Caller ID said Phoenix, Inc. backgound noise said call center. heard a few words and then cut off. called back, but said nothing when I did not say anything.
Said he was Doug Andrews with black water. I think he said black water. There was lots of background noise. It may have been a call center. He hung up when I placed him on hold.
Matt Reynolds from a company called Phoenix called asking for the President or Owner of the company. There was so much noise in the background, it led me to believe he was a telemarketer.

Similar to the others, Matt Reynolds calling for the President, on a secondary line that is never used by or for the President. He wanted me to go tell the President he was on the line. Pfft - yeah, right.
