In response to "Ray - 9 Oct 2013", Its a Telemarketing Scam operation out of India that is trying to sell "Virus Detection Software", and other bogus stuff. Do Not give out any information. They will use the information to call you back later and pretend that they are telemarketing survey type calls. Do not believe them!
PS. Question the address where they are calling from ,and ask what is the name of the Deli (Sandwich Shop) on the corner of their street. If you Google Maps the location, and it does not match, then how can you assume that the person is calling from "Bigwig Company X".
