Who called from 2127775845

I said hello twice and a guy with a foreign accent said he was from Microsoft and was laughing all the time. I said "you think this is funny" and he hung up". This is quite an insult to Microsoft for people to keep getting these scam calls. Another number to add to my call block!!!!
