Got a call from this number with the phone identification as Prudential. The obviously Indian accented caller told me his name was Charles Xavier, and that he represented Microsoft Windows (obviously Prudential must be partnering with Microsoft, according to this guy). As always, we ask that, since we are having a problem with our computer and they know about it, would they mind giving us the brand and model of our computer, obviously this is followed by a lengthy silence. Have blocked this number on our phone.
Daniel called and said he got a report of my computer being hacked and wanted me to go to my computer. I said I was busy and he got annoyed. Called the number on the phone and the recording sas the number I called is not in service,
I have been getting calls from this number. Today they called my house at 6:52 in the morning. I did not answer. However when you try and call the number states it is not a working number. Nothing but scams. According to caller ID it shows Prudential.
