Who called from 212781

I received a call on my cell phone this morning. I work nights, and the call woke me. What grabbed my attention was the call was only a 6 digit number and the person didn't leave a message. This is the first time I have ever received a call from a phone number with less than 7 digits. I would like to know where it came from.

Same thing happened to me. Odd.

I did pick up. No answer

Also got a missed call from this number. No message. Pretty strange..
