I told him I was reporting him to 1-800 notes and he started to argue the reason why? I said I was on the do-not-call-list and he kept arguing with me, so I finally said, I'm going to win this argument by hanging up and I did just that. Note caller id says "do not display" I told him that fact as well, scam.
