Got a call from this number (Underline Network on the caller ID).
Answered the phone (very bad connection and heavy accent). They knew my business name and asked for the owner.
They identified themselves as calling from Verizon to let me know that the FCC changed regulations and that my phone bill would be reduced by 50%.
Told them to mail me whatever the hell they were talking about and hung up.
I can't understand what they were even trying to accomplish! What's the point?
They weren't trying to get us to switch carriers or anything shady like that.
I don't get it?
