Called, left no message. When I called back was taken directly to an automated system that asked me to leave a message or press 0 for an operator. No Indication of the company at all.

Caller id only shows Intercontinenta but the heavily accented male asked if I was (my wife's name*) and I said "Do I sound like * and he said "no, you must be mister R". He then said he was with Intercontinental (something, sorry don't recall what it was) and wanted to do if I were planning to do any upgrades to my house. As I am on the DNC list I asked him if the call was a solicitation and he promptly hung up. I would say this is definitely a telemarketing ploy but can't say whether it's legit or a total scam. The number is certainly going on MY blocked caller list though.
