Someone keeps calling my cell phone from this number. He left two messages saying his name was "Doug from DPC" and I THINK he said something like "we have changed our allegations process." Weird. He left this number to return the call but I didn't call back. He called again today and I answered, and he asked if it was some bank. Definitely sounds like some sort of scam. I hope no one else he calls gives out any info over the phone to him!! The number appears to be a landline out of Manhattan.
