I got three calls from this number today and spoke to them twice, which makes the second call even more puzzling. The callers claimed to be calling from "US federal agencies." The first one said US Department of Health, and the second one did not specify. Both of them told that the government wanted to give me $9,000 in grant money, which I would not have to pay back. Knowing about our budget cuts and having worked in the business of getting federal grants, I told them their calls are scams. The callers hung up without further comment. But I'll bet they'll continue calling.
This number calls my house, where I work from, daily. Harassment would be an understatement. They claim to be the "Federal Government" which is laughable. On Friday March 24th, they called 7 times. Didn't answer the first 6. On number 7 I answered, and I said,"Can I help you?"
... and all I could hear in the background was what I believe to be a call center.
This has been going on for months now. Don't these lame-oids have anything better to do?!? If you're reading this & this number is you and/or your company, no fret, just go get a life. Pura Vida
