Received call, which was left on my answering machine. A woman was saying something, but could not be understood as there was what sounded like other voices talking, and a lot of noise. She kept saying hello. and finally hung up. From reading other posts it appears that it is a green energy company. Will take the advice and notify my Attorney General, as I am on the do not call list.
