Not sure whether is a telemarketer but there was no hardselling involved.

Yes, this is FXCM. They called me as we'll, same reason - a follow-up call to see if I am interested in opening a live account with them. Completely polite, no unpleasant selling attempts.

Call from Forex Capital Markets. I signed up for a demo account for an upcoming training class at Online Trading Academy. They are just following up with an offer (deposit some amount, make a few trades, get some $$ back,etc). Legit. fxcm.com
