I am SO confused how this happened: I got a call & didn't answer it - I pushed it to voice mail. After only FIVE seconds I had a voice mail message AND an email in my gmail account from Google Voice which was supposed to be a voice-to-text translation of a voice message to my phone from Don of MetLife at 212-897-9793. He says his number is 800-966-7125 ext 7389.
One, I have never inquired about Life Insurance or anything from MetLife
Two, I have an iPhone, NOT a Google phone - nor do I have a Google Voice account.
Three, when I checked the actual voicemail left on my iPhone, it was different than the voicemail which was emailed to me.
How in the hell did all that happen? especially in 5 seconds!?
I saved it, blocked the number and checked into it. It is totally legit.
It is MetLife, and the numbers actually go to their call desks, and they will remove you (at least they say they will) if you ask.
I called them from a phone system which hides my number and did not give them the number they called me at just in case it was a phishing expedition anyway.
Met Life Ins. co. They keep calling and leave no message. If I wanted to obtain insurance from them, they wouldn't have to ring my phone at all !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it kind of is MetLife, but it is really TZ Insurance Solutions, LLC. - http://www.tzinsurance.com/ - and they are sleazy.
Don't call them back from your number nor give your number too them if you do call. Don't try to have your number removed.
The message you received, no matter how personal it seemed, was a robocall and your call will create more calls.
