received this miss call and I wanted to know who it was before returning the call seeing that I am trying to avoid an ex

this number called me at least twice and waited for a voicemail prompt but just listened and didn't leave a voicemail just blank noise 10-14 seconds twice today

called me 4/3 6pm i didn't answer

called about option trading or something.  Said I signed up a couple of weeks ago, I think.  The guy was very hard to understand and I told him so, so he hung up.  I called back and it didn't connect.
