Very pleasant guy on the other end of the call asked for our Sales Dept. - I said 'We don't have one'. He said 'My apologies, who have I reached?'-- all nice and polite. I countered with asking 'Who are you trying to reach?' - this is where he hung up. Just another info-phishing scam/scumbag.

Caller asked to speak with the sales rep that handled a certain account. I said "I can help you, what do you need?" He replies, "I am looking for the sales rep that handled the account." I then reply, "why would I give you a name when you wont tell me what it is about?" At which point he hangs up.
